Catherine SPIESER

Bio :

Catherine Spieser is CNRS researcher in political science and sociology at LISE and CEET, CNAM. Her research focuses on employment and social policies and regulations in France and other European countries, both from the perspective of comparative and transnational public policy and from the perspective of collective bargaining between trade unions and employers at national, sectoral and local level.

She is currently pursuing projects in three areas:

• the evaluation of policies aiming to improve employment of access to employment for people with a disability or an adverse health condition
• the “decent work” agenda in a global and multilevel perspective
• the impact of climate change and ecological transition on work, employment and social policy
