She has also participated in surveys on the experience of racism and discrimination and on the strategies implemented to deal with them, in collaboration with researchers from the Urmis She is currently coordinating a research project on the experience of inequalities in the civil service ( Qualitative post-investigation of the survey « Trajectoires et origines » —TeO 2) in collaboration with Vincent-Arnaud Chappe (Experience and treatment of discrimination and inequality in the public sector). This project examines the potential impact of discrimination and inequality in the public service (recruitment, careers, functioning of work collectives) as well as the measures related to "the fight against discrimination" or "the promotion of diversity". |
