Global Risks Concentration

Global risks analysis, anticipation and mitigation have been at the core of international relations in the 21st century. Increasingly, governments, private stakeholders, non-state actors and international organisations require advanced political, security and intelligence risk analysis.

The Global Risks concentration is devoted to studying the wide spectrum of root and proximate causes of global risks in security, food security, cyberspace, risk management, etc. The programme focuses on emerging risks and best practice (ex: risk identification and assessment at the country-level, government risk management). Courses are taught by both recognised academics and experienced practionners.

This concentration is open to all PSIA students, irrespective of their professional objectives. Previous basic knowledge of international relations, security matters and public policies is strongly advised.
