“Human Rights and Food Systems,” with Dr Hilal Elver, Former Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food and HLPE Member

This series is part of a graduate course on “Global Food Politics” at Sciences Po University, Paris, taught by Adjunct Professor Mr Chris Hegadorn.
This interview features Ms. Hilal Elver, former UN Rapporteur for the Right to Food and member of the High Level Panel of Experts for Food Security and Nutrition (HLPE) of the Committee on World Food Security (CFS), and was conducted by Sciences Po graduate student Mr Andrea Emanuele Petri. Dr Elver speaks to the role of human rights and food policy, including the human right to adequate food.
