Global Climate Perspectives Ahead of COP29: Insights from the EIB Climate Survey and Key Lessons for the EU

Ahead of COP29, our speakers will shed light on a range of aspects of the current climate discussions and policies. Following an introduction by Shiva Dustdar, Adélaïde Zulfikarpasic and Thomas Froimovici will present the latest results of the latest EIB Climate Survey, which offers insights into the climate change-related views of more than 30,000 people in major economies around the world. Neil Makaroff will discuss the findings of a report comparing the positions of the US, China, and the EU and the lessons to be learned for the new European mandate.
