The United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) is charged with overseeing training of Army forces and the development of operational doctrine.
General Martin will present the current analysis and projections of the United States Army as it develops its doctrine for future operations and conflict. He will discuss views and projections from both sides of the ocean.
