Maria Villena works as an Economist at the Peruvian Ministry of Finance. She is in charge of mattersrelated to environmental sustainability. Villena has graduated from the Master in Environmental Policy.

Michaela KOŽMÍNOVÁ has graduated from the Master in Environmental Policy. She works as Communications and Membership Assistant at EUROPARC Federation.
Laura Frisiani has graduated from the Master in International Development. She is inclusive business consultant at Hystra in Paris. She will start her CDI starting from September 2020.
Mariane Piccinin Barbieri is a Junior Policy Analyst at the OECD in Paris. She works as a policy consultant for the digital government and open data unit in the Directorate for Public Governance. She is in charge of the Digital Government Index, an indicator launched in October.
The third edition of the Paris Peace Forum will take place on 11-13 November 2020. 60 selected PSIA students will be involved in the Forum’s operations.
Vivian Kawanami is the co-founder and co-president of the Conférence pour le Brésil. The conference was born as a student initiative at Sciences Po Paris last year. In 2020, it will discuss the 2030 Agenda and overcome inequalities in Brazil.
A discussion with Mauro Petriccione, Director General for Climate Action, European Commission. The discussion will focus on the European Green Deal, a set of policy Initiatives first presented in 2019 with the aim of making Europe climateneutral in 2050.
Jacopo Casadei has graduated from the Master in International Energy at PSIA. He is currently working as a Market Reporter in the European Natural Gas team at Argus Media. He writes about market developments in the Italian gas market.
All PSIA courses will be delivered online during the Fall 2020 semester. Online delivery is not our preferred new model. We wish, and intend, to return to in-person instruction as soon as it is safe.

A reception dedicated to PSIA Alumni was hosted by Dean Letta and Vice-Dean Maloney, on 27th February, in London. Alumni were happy to reconnect with their peers and share their respective experiences.
On 24th February 2020, PSIA Dean Enrico Letta gave a talk on EU Foreign Affairs in the Post-Brexit era. The cocktail reception converged PSIA alumni, the European community, journalists, and our academic partners at the Sankara Hotel. It was a great occasion to celebrate the wonderful achievements our alumni continue to accomplish in the region.
Marie-Charlotte Garin has graduated from the Master in InternationalDevelopment at PSIA. She is currently working as as a Gender and Disability Project Officer for Humanity & Inclusion.
Sciences Po continues to progress in the 2020 QS World University Rankings bysubject (PDF, 9.2Mo), moving from third to second place in the world. In this world ranking released on March 4, 2020, Sciences Po is positioned just behind Harvard University, and with Princeton University.
Students are invited to write a white paper with concrete policy recommendations on the topic: “Sustainable cities and communities” The authors of the two best papers will receive an award of 1000 euros for the first price.
Carlos Moedas is the former European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation. He will be the president of the AdvisoryBoard for PSIA's European Science Diplomacy Initiative (ESDI) The ESDI aims at developing teaching and research activities.
Anqi Dang has graduated from the Masters in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po with concentrations in Energy and Emerging Economies. She is currently working as a sustainable investment analyst with at Allianz France.
Sciences Po launches a Chair in Sovereign Debt, hosted at PSIA. The Chair aims to become an international reference on the issue. Former Greek Prime Minister Aléxis Tsípras will give the inaugural lecture.
Programmes, career opportunities and admissions procedures will be presented on Tuesday 26 October 2021. The event will be hosted by Mark Maloney, Vice Dean and Acting Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs.

The Paris Peace Forum-PSIA Volunteer Program offers PSIA students the uniqueopportunity to attend and contribute to this high-profile global event. In 2018, 100 students volunteered at the first edition of the Paris PeaceForum.

PSIA is calling on students to support and take part in the fifth edition of the Youth & Leaders Summit, to be held at Sciences Po on January 20, 2020. Over 40 students will be recruited to work under four positions: greeter, special guests escort, editorial assistant, event assistant.
Brent McCann graduated in 2018 with a Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action with concentrations in African Studies and Methods. He is currently working for Camber Collective, a mission-driven strategy-driven consulting firm engaging with philanthropic, humanitarian, and governmental organizations on a wide array of development topics. Brent is based in Paris, while CamberCollective has additional offices in Seattle and San Francisco.
