Marianne Chmitelin works as Delegate in the Weapon Contamination Unit at the International Committee of the Red Cross in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her role is to assess the needs of the Afghan people in relation to the risksrelated to the presence of mines, explosive remnants of war and improvised explosives.
The European Chair for Sustainable Development and Climate Transition has just published an Atlas of Natural Climate Solutions. The Atlas depicts a sample of Nature-based Climate Solutions (NCS) for climate change adaptation and mitigation in fifteen countries. It showcases the diversity of NCS successes and challenges in differentgeographies.

Arancha González Laya is the new Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) She will take up her position at the beginning of March. She has extensive experience of international affairs at multilateral, European and national levels.
