Carlos Lopes publishes book

PSIA faculty member, Carlos Lopes, publishes a new book Africa in Transformation, Economic Development in the Age of Doubt (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019).

Following a distinguished career at the United Nations, Carlos Lopes was the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa for 4 years (2012-2016).

He teaches a course on « Politics of Development in Africa » in the Master in International Development and the African Studies Concentration at PSIA.
