Why Should International Students Choose Sciences Po?

They send their students to Berkeley, Bocconi, Keio, Leiden, Oxford, McGill, Yale… On 28 March, Sciences Po hosted 28 international counsellors from 15 different countries from all over the world.

This workshop, organised by the International Affairs Office, was an opportunity to host counsellors from renowned secondary schools and present them:

  • the 1, Saint-Thomas campus in Paris,
  • the Bachelor's programmes,
  • the 7 campuses and their geographical minors,
  • the Third Year Abroad,
  • the application process,
  • the tuition fees,
  • the Summer School.

Let's hear from 5 of the international counsellors why Sciences Po meets their expectations:

« I promote Sciences Po to my students for its high reputation, international awareness, English track programmes, international application process that understand the IB diploma, academic rigour, and active student life. »

Thais Ruegg

International School of Geneva, Switzerland

« Sciences Po has many partnerships around the globe, innovative programmes, and a prestigious reputation. Coming from Lebanon, a country that has a thriving international culture, our students feel at home there. »

Fady Bader

International College Beirut, Lebanon

« I'm looking for universities offering a globally recognised highly academic education, a place where my students can meet peers from all around the world, and that will help them build their future careers. Sciences Po ticks those boxes and the third year abroad will also give them an added perspective. »

Anne Gavin

St. Andrew’s College, Ireland

« The academic rigour is on point and the job market with a Sciences Po degree is incredible. Also, the French thinkers have built a lasting legacy and I believe the students feed off that tradition of intellectuality and activism. »

Leonardo Diaz

Greengates School, Mexico

« Many Sciences Po students have lived in different countries. That is one of the reasons I enjoy this university, along with its diversity, dual degrees, third year abroad, and rigorous, well-known programmes. »

Laura Nuñez

International School of Monaco, Monaco
