Presentation by the Institute of Public Policy (Paul Dutronc-Postel, Joyce Sultan Parraud, Maxime Tô):

• 50 years of gender pay inequality
• More or less virtuous companies
• A look back at the equality index set up by the French government to fight against inequalities

• Moderated by Léa Lejeune (Economic journalist at Challenges magazine and member of the Haut Conseil à l’Egalité)

The round table aims to discuss, on the basis of the research work presented during the day, public policies that make it possible to limit gender inequality in companies, with particular reference to the measures taken by France.
