Austin R. Cooper
cooper.austin.r@gmail.comBeginning Fall 2023, Austin R. Cooper is an Assistant Professor of History at Purdue University. He was a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow in the Security Studies Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a predoctoral fellow in the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University. He was also a visiting PhD student in the Nuclear Knowledges program with the CERI at SciencesPo Paris. His research has appeared in the Nonproliferation Review, Cold War History, and the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. He holds a PhD in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
