Adjunct Faculties
For several years, the Department of Political Science has maintained a rigorous recruitment process for Attachés Temporaires d’Enseignement et de Recherche (ATER). After carefully reviewing the application files, a commission made up of several Bureau members conducts interviews. This practice not only ensures a thorough selection process but also allows candidates to experience academic interviews, even though these may differ from those held for lecturer positions. This year, the commission evaluated 71 applications (42 women, 29 men) and conducted 19 interviews. The Department is committed to maintaining gender balance in its selection process.
