To meet this need, the Executive Master Trajectories for Leaders offers a diploma program, combining collective training modules and individual coaching to optimize the impact of each participant in their professional life.

8 half-day conference debates on prospective and cross-cutting topics.
Ex-Libris Workshop: presentation and critical analysis of 3 committed works in the presence of their authors.
- Enhance leadership in the role of a leader.
- Study collective action mechanisms to optimize managerial effectiveness and social intelligence potential.
Conduct workshops offering collective work based on role-playing, situational simulations, and case studies to develop behavioral strengths and managerial skills:

- Supplement and update technical skills and strategic vision.
- Develop synthesis skills essential for leadership, study the essential knowledge and know-how of executives in the main management areas, and the language keys of major business functions.
Coaching provided by coaches authorized by Sciences Po, enabling participants to:
- Reflect on their professional path to identify perspectives and areas of improvement.
