Lorenzo Kihlgren Grandi

Il est chargé de cours en diplomatie des villes à Sciences Po - PSIA, Columbia Undergraduate Global Engagement (UGE | Paris) et à l'École Polytechnique. Il accompagne régulièrement des organisations internationales, des gouvernements nationaux, des réseaux de villes et des municipalités sur la manière de déployer pleinement la valeur ajoutée de la diplomatie des villes.
Auteur de City Diplomacy (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020), il est titulaire d'un doctorat en études politiques de l'École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS, Paris) et de la Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS, Rome).
