Jenny Andersson Directrice du projet (Principal Investigator) Jenny Andersson est Directrice de recherche au CNRS et affiliée au Centre d’études européennes de Sciences Po (CEE). Elle dirige depuis 2016 le centre MaxPo à Sciences Po. Docteure en histoire économique de l’université d’Uppsala, elle est recrutée au CNRS et à Sciences Po depuis 2009. Elle a été successivement chercheuse en post-doctorat et chercheuse invitée à l’Institut Universitaire Européen de Florence et au Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies à l’Université de Harvard. Elle a également intégré le conseil national scientifique suédois (Vetenskapsrådet) et a été professeure associée au Swedish Institute for Futures Studies à Stockholm entre 2007 et 2009.

Jenny Andersson est l’auteure de nombreux ouvrages sur les transformations de la social-démocratie dans la période d’après-guerre, entre autres "Between Growth and Security: Swedish Social Democracy from a Strong Society to a Third Way" publié en 2006 aux Manchester University Press ou encore The Library and the Workshop: Social Democracy and Capitalism in an Age of Knowledge, Stanford University Press, 2009. Elle a également publié de nombreux articles sur l’économie politique du savoir, sur les représentations culturelles de la Suède, sur le modèle suédois, ainsi que sur les origines des futures studies.

Au sein de Futurepol, Jenny Andersson est en charge de la direction scientifique du projet. Ses recherches s’articulent autour de deux axes. Le premier porte sur l’histoire transnationale du futur. Ayant effectué un grand travail de documentation dans les archives des futurists autour du monde, Andersson rédige actuellement son livre The future of the world. Futurists, futurology, and the post cold war World.

Le second axe de recherche a été dédié au lien entre futurologie ou prospective, et planification. Il a démontré, de façon comparative et en partant de cas nationaux et européens, les différentes formes d’institutionnalisation de la gouvernance du futur dans les systèmes politiques. On compte ici plusieurs publications, “Gouverner le long terme” avec Pauline Prat, et “Governing the future”, avec Anne Greet Keizer. Sur le cas suédois on peut lire son article publié en 2006 dans la International Review for Social History et intitulé "Choosing futures. Alva Myrdal and the construction of Swedish futures studies 1967-1972".

Jenny Andersson co-rédige aussi, avec Sandra Kemp, le livre collectif Futures chez Oxford University Press (Oxford 21^st Century Challenges).

Jenny Andersson a reçu en 2015 la médaille de bronze du CNRS.
