Bio :
Anne Boring is an Associate Professor of Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a research affiliate at Sciences Po (LIEPP & PRESAGE). Since 2018, Anne Boring is Head of the Women in Business Chair at Sciences Po. Her main research interests lie in the fields of gender economics, personnel economics, economics of organizations, and economics of education. Her research focuses on issues related to gender equality in higher education and the workplace. She has studied gender biases in performance evaluations, and gender differences in students’ higher educational choices. In her current work, she is interested in testing and measuring the impact of interventions designed to improve gender equality in leadership positions and in entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in economics (2012) from the University Paris Dauphine.
